The Yankees are playing well and i am really really happy. Since Arod and Posada have both come back to the team, the whole team has been playing well. Being 5 games above .500 is another achivement as if i am correct they werent even close to that last season til after the All Star Break. Just need Cano and Melky to get back to hitting ways so that the whole team are contributing to the great team. They are playing what i love to call the Yankee way by out hitting the rest of baseball. They have some way to go but i still believe that they will top the hits and runs stat columns before the season is out.
Rasner and Peavy tonight its going to be an interesting game.
Just seen that the Yankees have signed Sidney Ponson to a minor league deal.
Less then 9 days to go til i go over to the evil old side.
ARGH.
My frustrations.
Just as i start to think that the Yankees were getting out of the funk they were in and get on to winning ways. Wang got injured in running the basepaths in the weekend series against the Astros. Now he is out for a min 6 weeks. So who is Gods earth is this team going to put in to pitch for him til he gets back. Are they going to have to go out and get trade for a new starter or bring up some of the names that Bryan Hoch the Yankees.com beat reporter is saying that could be good players for the team.
One good thing is that the team have a night off to rest from coming back from the west coast.
This also means i can get a night sleep before a next run of insomniac games and the Subway Series next weekend.
After reading a fellow mlbloggers blog and their constant berating of someone on their blog. They should get a grip and if they don’t like that person then tell them in private not on a blog that the whole world will read. This blogger should really think about their actions and shut up.
Argh.
